Refund policy

We offer a 10-day return policy. You have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be in the same condition as received: unopened and unused, with all packaging intact.
• Full box with full quantity of the product must be returned.
• A 30% restocking fee will apply to all returns.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at sale@halchuk-building-supply.com. Returns will need to be sent to the following address. Once the return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and further instructions.

Important: Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards. If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please return it according to our return policy. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at sale@halchuk-building-supply.com.
